What Warranty Do Ashley Products Include?
- Ashley HomeStore Mauritius provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on qualifying products, subject to our Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- All warranty periods commence on the date of delivery.
- The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, environmental damage, or any exclusions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
What Happens If My Claim Is Approved?
- Repair of the affected component
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement where appropriate
- Alternative equivalent materials or components where original materials are unavailable
- Important: Refunds are not available under warranty. Replacement fabrics, materials, colours, finishes, and components may vary from the original product due to manufacturing variations or supplier availability.
Mattress & Sleep Product Warranty
Ashley mattresses are designed to provide comfort and support for many years.
Warranty coverage does not include comfort preference, firmness preference, sheet fit issues, normal body impressions within manufacturer tolerances, or damage caused by improper foundations, frames, or support systems.
Customers are encouraged to test mattresses in-store before making a purchase.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their furniture upon delivery.
Please verify correct products, correct quantities, visible condition, accessories and components.
Claims relating to visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported immediately before signing the delivery note.
Need Spare Parts?
Certain spare parts may be available depending on product model and supplier availability. Please contact our After-Sales Team with your invoice number, product description, and photographs where applicable. Our team will advise whether replacement parts are available.
Transportation & Service Costs
Warranty coverage generally applies to the repair or replacement of defective products or components. Transportation, collection, re-delivery, installation, labour, and associated service costs may not be covered outside the warranty terms specified at the time of purchase.
